In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak366" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the pak366 platform, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the pak366 website accessible at pak366.org, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, payment services, and any associated mobile application.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the pak366 Platform or uses any service offered thereon.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the pak366 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in your pak366 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit amounts granted by pak366 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings become withdrawable as real funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by pak366 before processing withdrawals or at any time the Company deems necessary.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the pak366 Platform for Pakistani players.

By accessing the pak366 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pak366 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pak366 Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account through the support team at [email protected].

To register and maintain an Account on pak366, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak366 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, regardless of jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of pak366 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously held a pak366 Account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.
• You must not register more than one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is a material breach of these Terms.

pak366 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension.

Your pak366 Account is strictly personal to you. You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

• You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. pak366 will never contact you to request your password through any channel.
• You must notify pak366 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal in your Account or any funds therein to any third party.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all login sessions are properly terminated, particularly when accessing the Platform on shared or public devices.
• pak366 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

To request voluntary Account closure, contact the pak366 support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to any pending withdrawals or open wagers being settled first.

pak366 operates a PKR-native wallet for Pakistani players. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise specified. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• HBL — Habib Bank Limited (bank transfer)
• UBL — United Bank Limited (bank transfer)
• Meezan Bank (Islamic banking transfer)

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. pak366 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with its KYC and AML obligations under its international gaming licence.

Player funds are held in segregated accounts entirely separate from pak366's operational funds. This ensures that your balance is protected and is not exposed to the Company's business liabilities at any time.

pak366 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable time limits are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used and depleted before bonus funds in all wager calculations unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple Accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• pak366 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, where fraud, abuse, or technical error is identified.

• pak366 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in wagering patterns designed to exploit promotions rather than for genuine recreational play.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the pak366 Platform, including cricket, football, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the pak366 sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type at the time the bet is placed.
• pak366 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet stakes at its discretion. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per settlement period and are displayed in the relevant market interface.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently voided, postponed, or abandoned will be settled according to the applicable sport rules. In most cases, voided bets are refunded to your Account balance.
• In-play betting is subject to temporary suspension during key match events such as goal scoring, wicket falls, video review decisions, and injury stoppages. Bets placed during such suspensions may be voided.
• pak366 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error. Players will be notified of such decisions promptly.
• Any evidence of match fixing, insider information, or collusion will result in the immediate suspension of the relevant Account and forfeiture of all associated funds pending investigation.

All casino games and slot titles available on pak366 — including live dealer games, RNG table games, and video slots — are governed by the following rules:

• All RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems that are independently audited for fairness. pak366 does not influence game outcomes in any way.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party studios. The rules of each live game are presented within the game interface. pak366 transmits the results as determined by the live dealer studio and is not responsible for studio-side technical issues.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including game server disconnection, display errors, or software failure — all affected game rounds are voided and all wagers placed during the affected round are refunded to the player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game interface and may differ between game titles and player tiers.
• Games may not be available in all regions or during scheduled maintenance windows. pak366 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance but does not guarantee uninterrupted game availability.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak366 Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended and may have funds withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account under a false identity or the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or promotional loopholes to generate guaranteed or low-risk profits — commonly referred to as "arbitrage", "matched betting", or "bonus abuse".
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of unlawful activities, or any purpose that contravenes applicable financial regulations.
• Sharing Account credentials with, or playing on behalf of, any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or compromises the security or integrity of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Providing false or misleading information to pak366 at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.

All content on the pak366 Platform — including but not limited to the pak366 brand name, logo, design elements, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak366 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pak366.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.
• Create derivative works based on any pak366 content or brand assets.
• Use any pak366 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak366 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — regarding the Platform and the services provided thereon, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

pak366 shall not be liable to any player for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary — arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any delay in the crediting of deposits or processing of withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated savings arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any actions taken by pak366 in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including Account suspension or fund withholding during a fraud investigation.
• Any technical malfunction, software error, or network failure beyond pak366's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit pak366's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pak366 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pak366 Account holders and can be activated immediately through your Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pak366 Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagers will not be accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or forced logout after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 months — during which you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pak366 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of one (1) year and may be made permanent on request.

pak366 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak366 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties, except where required by law, necessary for KYC or AML compliance purposes, or required to process your transactions through our authorised payment partners. pak366 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pak366 will provide reasonable advance notice to active players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the pak366 Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak366 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and pak366, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. pak366 will endeavour to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pak366's gaming licence authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable law.
